FlySafair’s technology stack and innovation roadmap within the Technical applications and Maintenance planning stream. In
this role, the individual will collaborate with teams from Software Development, Technical Maintenance and Executive
Placement Responsibilities:
- Project management across the Technical systems and processes
- Drive business process improvements planned on the roadmap
- To engage in problem analysis and resolution
- Continuous evaluation of current systems and processes to create a unique operational service experience
- To fulfil a cross-functional role by engaging and facilitating requirements between the Innovation team and internal departments
- Communications to senior stakeholders
- Managing end-to-end software product lifecycles
- Managing development teams to ensure the worldclass quality of work; supporting them technically where required
- Strong customer-centric focus essential
- Manage and facilitate the documentation related to the analysis of specific improvement initiatives through engagement with initiative owners
- Lead testing efforts as required
- Drive change management in a proactive manner.
Posting Requirements:
- BEng Industrial Engineering
- BEng Honours in Engineering and Technology Management
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Agile Project methodologies
- Technical Project management
- Innovation
- Product Management
